Refund policy
PRINTS/COPIES:
If you ordered a print/copy and are unsatisfied with it, you can return it for a full refund or a credit toward something else. The credit can last up to 90 days. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging and be returned within 30 days of receiving it. Please provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
ORIGINALS:
If you ordered an original/commission and are unsatisfied with it after project completion, I can offer 50% return.
DAMAGED:
If you receive damaged artwork, I will offer a full refund only with proof of pictures within a 30 day period after it is delivered. Please contact me at paintedplaylist@gmail.com, and I’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
FINAL SALE:
Items purchased through a sale, discount, or gift card are final and cannot be refunded.
